Olá, I am Anda

I'm a freelance illustrator and painter.

I've been drawing and painting since I was a little girl. Maybe this passion is in my blood, my grandmother was a painter and my great grandfather was a lithographer. However, with my illustrations I try to express feelings, tell stories, create small worlds or even just capture special moments and memories that I’ve picked up.

Much of my work is inspired by different cultures, travels and nature and is the result of my love and passion for colours. You also find a strong influence of Portugal and Lisbon, where I live, in my drawings.

I like to experiment and mix techniques. I'm using ink, (coloured) pencil, water colours, acrylic, chalk or cole, or I paint digitally.
